Today was the annual Crib Dressing Service at St Michael’s. The service involved readings from the Nine Lessons and classic Christmas carols. Throughout the service the children would intermittently bring the figurines to the front to dress the crib. There was also an engaging and witty talk by the vicar with a positive Christian message for this Christmas. The service was finished with mince pies, mulled wine and good company.
The next service at St Michael’s is the Nearly Midnight Mass Service at 10 pm.
