It was a festive weekend of Christmas celebration with 3 exciting events across our benefice.
All Saints hosted a fun and informal carol sing-along on Saturday for the residents of Thorney Hill.
St Mary’s hosted a Christmas coffee morning on Saturday with lots of cake and a raffle.
On Sunday there was the last of the benefice’s carol services held at St Mary’s. It was a fantastic service with a good turn out – as well as carol singing the congregation enjoyed a lovely piano and flute duet of Holy Night, and mince pies and mulled wine afterwards to celebrate.
We still have some great services coming up, such as the interactive nativity and the Christmas Eve communion and Christmas Day services.
