We had 30 people descend on St Mary’s tonight to join in the festivities of wreath making. A short talk was given on the history of the wreath and how it relates to Christianity. Then the group got busy making their wreaths whilst keeping their spirits up with the help of liquid bubbles! Some fantastic wreaths were made – well done to everyone who produced all those great wreaths.
The next workshop is on Saturday 7th December and it’s a class on how to decorate your Christmas cake – and this will be ran by the Christchurch’s very own Paul Hollywood, a professional baker Steve Mercer of Brookside Bakes.
