The AGM for Bransgore and Thorney Hill Parish will take place on the 31st October at 6pm on Zoom. Zoom is an online location for holding meetings and is the safest way to hold an APCM at this time. If you’re not sure how to use Zoom, here is a film which explains it:
The meeting will proceed from the assumption that the documents below have been read and, rather than offering the information in them again, will simply give opportunities to ask questions and seek further clarification. This is because time in the meeting is limited and needs to be used wisely.
